What the research of new products is concerned, PMM, has been conceiving and developing new articles at customer’s request.
In this area we are also able to supply a mould-flow analysis and cooling study of the article, as well as, a 3D simulation of the moulds performance.

Among other moulds, PMM has experience in building:
- two-materials injection moulds;
- gas assisted moulds;
- moulds for the injection of specific plastics like, PC-APEC, PES, PBT, SANTOPRENE;
- prototype moulds;
- production injection moulds.

PMM applies the following injection systems in its moulds:
- MOLD-MASTER;
- INCOE;
- GUENTHER;
- HASCO;
- DME;
- PMM home made systems;
- Other systems required by the customer.
